Discover your true self and rediscover your self-worth with our personal DISC training for women. This training is fully focused on your personal journey. We provide guidance and support to help you rediscover your inner strength, build self-confidence, and find balance in your life. Through the DISC model, you will gain insight into your behavior style, personal preferences, and strengths, helping you understand yourself on a deeper level.

DISC is a personality profiling tool developed to provide insights into human behavior. It is based on the idea that individuals have different behavioral styles that influence their communication, interactions, and decision-making.

The model divides behavior into four main styles: Dominant/Assertive, Influential, Steady, and Conscientious/Correct. Each of these styles has specific characteristics that define how people think, feel, and act.

We primarily use the DISC model to gain insight into core strengths. Each strength is linked to a pitfall, a challenge, and an allergy. Often, we are more familiar with our pitfalls and allergies than our strengths. Yet, it's something that brings us back to our strengths. After all, a pitfall is simply a strength that’s overused. Our allergies make us focus on others' pitfalls, and in doing so, we forget to recognize their strengths. We can see someone else’s pitfalls, even if that person isn’t actually falling into them.

Deep down, we might wish we could master this. It's something we can learn from—our strengths guide us toward our challenges. This way, we can find better balance within ourselves and in our surroundings.
