If I book a trip with a tour operator of my choice, can I still contact Dutch Assist for all my care questions?

You don’t have to book a holiday with the Dutch Explorer to be able to book care or assistance during your vacation.

I need assistance devices during my vacation; can I book these with you?

You can book your assistance devices with us worldwide. We will find out which provider suits you best. If there is an issue with your device, please contact us directly. You will receive our emergency number before departure, so you can reach us 24/7.

Can you also assist with innovative aids?

If you're going on vacation and looking for innovative aids, please contact us. We are always searching for new, specialized aids for your journey. Perhaps we can assist you in your search.

Can you also help me with oxygen on vacation?

We offer the possibility to deliver oxygen from home to home. We work closely with our partners to make this possible for everyone.

Do you also help overwhelmed caregivers?

Informal caregiving is very demanding and is often underestimated. Through coaching, you can learn to regain balance even in these circumstances. We would love to discuss with you what is needed and listen to your story.

Is there an emergency number?

We are available 24/7 for all our clients in case of emergency. You will receive this number when you take a service from us.

Sunday from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM.

Monday from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM.

Tuesday from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM.

Wednesday from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM.

Thursday from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM.

Friday from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

Saturday closed.

Do you also work with fixed care times, just like the home care organization?

It completely depends on your care needs. We work with flexible care times adjusted to your holiday preferences. If you have a medical necessity for a fixed care time, please let us know. This will also be discussed during the consultation.
