We are happy to share our background and how we have developed into the coaches we are today. Our personal journeys have shaped us and taught us to listen to others with empathy and understanding.

Richard has been working in healthcare for years as an ambulance driver. He has a big caring heart for the people he meets in his work, and during ambulance rides, he offers a listening ear.

Harmi was born and raised in the northern part of the country. With a bachelor's degree in journalism and communication, she has worked for years at the Salvation Army and later in various companies in marketing and communication. In 2014, she was diagnosed with a vascular condition in her brain, and after a long rehabilitation process, she has since recovered.

Both of us have experienced care in our own ways. We have lived it with our family. This has been and continues to be the driving force behind starting this company. We have expanded our experience through various training programs, allowing us to truly be there for you. We look forward to meeting you and working together towards a positive change in your life, based on your strengths.
